Connect with your

.

I’m Kate,  I have been in the counseling field since 2014. I have worked with people experiencing a wide variety of concerns. I specialize in working with people struggling with anxiety & burnout, depression and trauma.  I use a holistic approach that gets to the root of what is getting in the way of healing.

Together, we will identify the underlying beliefs and patterns that are causing stress. My techniques are neurobiologically informed, which helps to understand the mind-body connection. This helps us to "work with ourselves" rather than against it. Therapy is tailor-fitted to your needs, so that you can relax your mind, improve your daily life, and take care of your whole-being.

I will meet you where you are in your journey. My goal is to hold space for you to feel seen, heard and encouraged. I believe when you feel safe enough to talk about the hard stuff, and are met with empathy and open-mindedness, you can begin to release and heal. I believe you deserve a space where you are seen for where you’ve been, embraced for who you are, and have support for where you're going.

As someone who has experienced therapy from both sides, I know the value in finding a therapist that is a good fit. Please feel free to reach out to ask any questions. It is a privilege to be here to assist, support, and empower you on your journey.

I look forward to working with you!
